Maternity pay?


Hey guys, maternity pay is soo confusing. Say if i was prego, and work 30 hours a week... how much would I get per week when i go on leave??? My company do have maternity pay... just not sure how much id get per week, or month etc xxxxxxxxxxthankyous x

Hiya Mel

For the first 6 weeks you get 90% of your average weekly earnings, then for the next 33 weeks you would get £112.75 per week or a rate equal to 90% of your average weekly earnings. You will get whichever rate is lower.

Hope that makes sense.
