Still havent completed

We were meant to exchange last week but it never happened, the buyers were meant to go in to view again to messure up but we stopped them untill the exchange took place coz we were so pissed off with being messed about.

Get a phone call today, its HKC estates, our buyer has everything in place and can complete by the end of the week but only if we let him in the house to look around, we have 10 mins to decide or he is pulling out... ermm ok, NO ONE gives me an aulitmatum (sp?)

I then have another phone call right after from the new estate agents who i put it on with 2 weeks ago, they have an offer for me of £123, 1 grand less than we wanted, but then she said, the buyers can completle in 3 weeks time as its a cash buy. now you cant complete in 3 weeks even with cash so it got me thinking... i asked her for the name and address of teh buyer, mr brooks from near me (wont say his address)

SO i then phone HKC back to get there buyers addres, and its the same!! so the buyer is trying to get out house for a cheaper price under a diffrent name, before i had a chance to phone chris davis estates back, they phoned me saying they have found out ots the same bloke but hes useing his wifes madien name in disgise

I can not belive the sneekyness and complete utter cheek or this bloke, so HKC were bullshitting too, its not complelteing any time saoon if the buyer has told the other estates it will be 3 weeks.

So i have pulled the plug on them both, told chris davis to reject the offer and told my solictors to withdrawn comtracts from him, then i had great pleasure in telling HKC to piss right off!!

silly silly people, no one tells me what to do like that, i cant belive they didnt think i would find out,

So now we are going to rent it out, I have worked out we can afford to pay everyone back over the next year, it will be tight but we can do it, then we will be landlords and stay on th eproperty market, in 2 years time we wont have to pay the 4 grans fine for selling early, so we can either re mortgage or sell and pay off debts

And now MR Thomas/Brooks has no house, and no where for his tenants to go as he promised them my house
