We've changed three times, from the Woolwich, Halifax and Nationwide now back to Halifax. I will give it a try and see what happens. Bex what number did you use for Nationwide.

Our mortgage is up for renewal in august, can anyone recommend a lender with good fixed rates?

Northern Rock they are great they also do 100% mortgage with extra 25% to borrow on top I liked that lol

Im with northern rock karrina they are FANTASTIC!!

They just given us a bigger morgage (only been with em 6mths) and got a fab fixed rate for 2yrs of 5.9%!!
They do unsecured and 100% morgages!

Thanks, will give them a ring in morning just changed in Jan from Nationwide, just found paperwork and think we should be entitled to £90 refund.

Does anyone know if you have to give them your mortgage account details when you were with them, or if they can find you on the computer system. As i don't really want to go digging around for old paperwork if i can help it.

They will find you from system,I got £90 too but had 4 acc/'s where we had loans on top (home improvements) and it is £90 x 4 so check

Just rung Nationwide have to write letter to claim, Halifax just agreed to £40 and are sending a cheque. Woolwich reckon were not entitled to anything.

I have to write to Bristol and West, if i can find paperwork!!!

First Active just called me and are putting £30 in my bank, not loads but better in my bank than theirs!!
