I work in operating theatres. I can work any shift between 6.30am - 11.00pm (sometimes the whole shift!!!) and can do between 40 & 60 hours per week. Bloody hard work and on my feet all day! I do enjoy it though - wouldn't do anything else.

I manage the business office of a medical plastics company. I have very flexible hours, but usually work 8:30 to 5.

LO can even come with me. This was taken this morning - Sharlotte was riding around in my Moby:

I work about 6 hrs a day as an assistant financer - I'm in training to become an accountant. (For all of you who know I'm only 15 - how could I be working? It's not completely official, my grandmother basically owns the corporation and that's how I can work there. They don't take money off my paycheque! So I guess I'm not officially 'employed', but I will be once my training is complete!)

I'm a PhD student in chemistry, coming to the end of my second year. I get a scholarship, but only until the end of my third year.
The best thing is: I work the hours I want and I can work from home if I want to as my research is entirely computer-based.

On maternity leave, but am a senior practitioner in homelessness for a local council in London. Used to work in IT as a researcher in usability, so I really did a complete career change a few years back!
