I'm Currently Feeling: | In all for the basics including the mortgage i think its approx £1200-1500, but then there are always the unexpected things that crop up like car tax etc or if the boiler breaks down or the cooker stops working or something needs replacing! The dog/cat needs to go to the vets....always something!
But as long as your rent or mortgage is less than 40% of your total earnings you should be fine. |

Yeah my life insurance is cheap - and its for critical illness too! Im with Lloyds, do it through my bank account |

I'm Currently Feeling: | my out goings are alot less than all yours and im feeding a family of 5, thats the difference a council house makes.
i have also become a budget shop master, i can feed us all for a week with £50, dont ask me how, i baffle my self with that one.
makes you realise how lucky you was when you was a kid and mum and dad paid for everything. | | | | Status: Offline

I think mine is if I die, my mortgage gets paid off and theres a bit left over but if I have a life threatening illness then I only get a certain amount paid out to cover everything, not a big lump sum. I should read the thing really! |
