Er...career suicide... don't do this, they'll just think you aren't committed enough and write you off there and then.
I agree!

Jobs are usually 9-5 it is a shame that it is the same hours but that little bit of difference which I know can make a difference. I say your DH & FIL will have to be a bit flexible at helping you & preparing some nice dinners in the evening - Leave them ABC recipes

Gaby, with meals you could also try things like stews that you could freeze and basically eat anytime.

Sounds like a great opportunity to me. And like you say once you start earning you can have driving lessons and get a car.

The majority of companies have clauses that you have to pay back so much percent of the Training fees if you leave by a certain date.

You could always try it for a couple of weeks and if things don't work out at least you gave it a go.

Good luck!

Thanks for more great advice girls

Wobbs - I'm still learning to cook myself! (only started cooking for myself since sept) I don't think i'd be able to teach anyone else yet, 'specially in writing lol. Guess i could try

AG - EW! STEWS! EW! *ahem* I really hate stews. Mum used to make manky ones. Still, maybe i'd like them if i made them, lol. I do love dumplings I'm thinking about investing in a slow cooker

My mum was the worst cook ever and i as put off by alot of things she made lol.
A stew can be anything you want it to be, theyre so flexible. We usually jsut do a basic beef stew with onions, carrots and potatoes on a yorkshire pudding.

Invest in a recipie book, i bought a coulpe before xmas (although havent touched them yet lol) eventually i will go through it and find some new recipies.

I love pasta and chicken But FIL doesnt like pasta And he keeps getting fed up with chicken too I'd compromise and cook spaghetti, but DH doesn't like that. Gah! So annoying trying to cook for 2 grown men, lol! One day a week they'll prob have curry and i'll just get myself something small.

Now i just need to stop being lazy and finish these tests! lol
