I'm Currently Feeling:

Back to work. :-(

I've sorted it all out - there's no turning back now. Well, there is, but I really don't think I should!

I'm going back full time as of the 5th February. Work have agreed that I can work 9-5 instead of alternate shifts (8-4, 9-5, 10-6) so I can do the nursery and school runs.

Charlie is booked in at a fab little nursery near Kayleigh's school so that will make it easier. I am taking him for 3 one-hour visits a week, the first being on Monday at 2-3pm. I'll stay on the premises for the first visit, but will be in the office doing the paperwork while he is in the Ducklings room on his own.

I've sorted out my Busy Bees childcare vouchers, which will save me about £70 a month (every little helps).

So all done now.

Please tell me I'm doing the right thing.

Aw un I dont envy you, when I started working just oart time, Ihated having to leave noah. It sucks, but you will get used to it, and Im sure charlie will love making new friends. And if it means a lot of differnce to you financially as a family then its got to be worth it.

I am the complete opposite. Going back to work was the best thing I ever did. I am only working part time but I am so pleased I have kept my work going as I love the challenge and the social side of it. Am sure you'll be fine hun and Charlie will love nursery
