I'm Currently Feeling: | To register for September or not? Okay not really sure where to put this, so I'm sticking it in here. The time has come that I must make up my mind if I'm going to school in September. I am of two minds on this. I REALLY would like to continue, but I'm just so pre-occupied right now that I can barely focus on the ones I am doing now (ex 3 papers due on Monday and the introduction written for one!!). But here is the thing...if I am due the later part of November, I will probably make it all the way through my classes and just my exams be messed up. If I don't do any in Sept, have the baby in November...I'm not doing any in January. That would be two semesters missed (10 courses) and I would have to start paying back my student loan and no income to do so with because I won't be working for the first few months after baby is born.
If I do them in September, take 4 months off after Christmas, I can start working or finishing my last few courses over the summer months IF they are offered.
What do you think? Should I do courses or not?? I just don't know if I can handle it, it is so much stress and commitment and I am so burned out (I've been in university every single semester, even summer, since September 05.), but I'll be messing up my education and be in a bad financial state if I don't |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I voted take a break before reading it fully initially I'd say put your feet up but it might be better to study while you just have you, and with the financial side of it, so I'm changing my mind, womens progative eh |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I didn't vote because I can't decide...
I mean,I know how hard it is since I'm currently under great stress because I'm finishing my year but I also know that I'm not giving up.I'm not stopping because when the baby arrives it can only be harder...
But taking a year off must be so appealing to you especially after what you went through and you don't have much before finishing so you can pretty much do that any time...
Weigh out your options, make a pro-con list and work it out with your family...I really on't know what else to tell you... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Can you take a partial load in September? I know in the States as long as we were registered at least half time we didn't have to start paying back our student loans--the repayments started once I dropped below half time (after the 6 month grace period). If that makes sense? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I might do 2-3 courses in Sept and 2-3 courses in January through the internet. And then, I think I'm going to do Professional Interpretation for ASL. Maybe. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm not up on Canada's student loan program, went to school in Texas, but I think a partial load might be the best option for you if it won't send your loans into default |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think they won't make me start paying it back as long as I'm registered for at least one course at some post secondary institution. I just tried to dig through the student loan website but their information is very confusing and limited |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think you should, it gives you something else to focus on, i did a course when third babs was few months old, it was brilliant to be actually classed as a person again instead of mum/wife all the time, not that i mind being mum/wife it was just nice to be sarah!!!!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I voted other. I'm thinking it would be best financially to take at least the minimum number of courses to stop your student loans from being paid back. If it's only one or two it shoudn't put too much of a burden on you and you are that much closer to being done. I would try doing the same for winter semester too if you can. If you take the time off it is going to keep getting harder and harder to go back with caring for a growing child and working to support him/her. |
