Hi, anyone had dealings with this company?

We just bought a new car at the weekend, and we are financing a bit of it with a loan, just £3k.

Ihave done an online application over the weekend, bbut have not done this before, Ihavent had any confirmation email, and the site says my documents will be sent out in the next working day (today) and money in my account within a week of recieving my returned docs.

I just dont like the fact I cant phone anyone to make sure they got the info and all is okay and that the monthly repayments will be the same as their loan calculator told me.

Anyone delt with them before, where they quick, and was everything ok?

Our mortgage is with northen rock, we also have a 5 grand loan with them, we have never had any trouble with them (apart from them putting our mortage payments up) and everything went through very quickly.

They ring me EVERY day trying to convince me to take out a loan with them, which really put me off them

they are a bit slow x

They take ages to set everything up

ive never heard of them

Glad I found this I was thinking of taking the smallest loan they do to pay my credit card rather than paying X amount of interest, I heard they can be a little slow also but my friend took a 3k loan with NR and hasnt experianced any difficulties but said his forms took a while to arrive

phone them up and kick off they may get there arse in gear
