How old is she??

She sounds like a royal pain in the arse but I would actually do what she does back in a really sickly sweet way then she will know that you know she is a manipulating old bag.

When you have the dvd of your 4d scan and she turns up with her pic you should say to her they are nice pics but not as good as this 4d scan it is amazing come and see!! and just be over the top and talk over her.

I hate people like her but unfortunately there are only two ways of ever dealing with these types
1. play her at her own game she how she bloody likes it

2. just rise above it and know that you are better than her and try and ignore her when you are out and about.

also the only thing you could say (as unfortunately these people rarely change and you don't want her to play the victim if you do say something to her) is about the newspaper article and just say something like maybe we should communicate better as we both posted the announcement and it made mine feel insignificant blah blah

Well, I thought she was only 18 because OH's bro is 18 but I found out recently that she will be 24 soon!! So its not like shes young and immature!

Ive tried for the last few months just to ignore her, hoping she would get bored because shes not getting to me and then she'd give up, but this recent incident just proves she hasnt!! Ive also tried playing her at her own game in the past but she plays the victim and makes people feel sorry for her and the last thing I want is OH's family thinking that Im being nasty because im not like that!

I will definitely mention the newspaper thing because that wound me up a treat!! She knew I was putting a little something in there because I was speaking to MIL about it last week when she was there. Not happy!

Why does she keep comparing herself ot you and following your every move! Argh that would irritate me too hun! But do't let her get to you! You just enjoy your lil blessing in your tummy ok. Can't wait to hear about your 4d scan!

well hun I think there is only one thing for it then.....assasination...yes harsh I am sure you will all say but fair given the circumstances.....

Hun I do sympathise with you I would then sit down with your oh and tell him how you feel and how she makes you feel and also once you have told him if he is like my oh he would say you should speak to her about it. Sooooo I think you should meet up with her on your own and just tell her that she makes you feel crap and is there any reason she is doing it or does she not realise she is doing it? I think that is probably the best option to be honest and then having spoken to your oh about it if she plays the victim card he has your back!! People do tend to see through people like her so try not to think everyone will think you are nasty you are being the bigger person and tackling her about it.

atleast youl have a 4d scan to show off. she might not even be able to find out the sex at her scan. fingers crossed her baby doesnt like playing the same games and keeps it legs crossed! lol

She is a total bitch! She has stolen just about every idea I have had!! Yeah, im due nearly 3 months before her - just enough time for her to find out im pregnant and get herself in the same way!

Shes now saying (as of last night) that she doesnt want to find out the sex after all because if its a girl she wont want it im not sure if this is her being a total complete and utter cow or if she said it because she knows we are expecting a girl and was somehow trying to hurt me.

Either way, I think Spartacus's idea of assasination is a great idea!!

FABULOUS idea!!!
Its OH's birthday tomorrow and last night we had all the family over for a meal - her included.
Ive sat down with OH a few times and explained but I know it puts him in a tough situation because he wants to say something to her but at the same time he doesnt want to hurt his brother.
So, I was dishing up dinner and she went outside for a cigarette (yes, she still smokes) so I followed her out pretending to get something from the car and just asked how she was. She ignored me so I made a bit of a joke of it and went 'helloooo, anyone there' so she didnt really have a choice but to take notice! Asked her how things were progressing with the pregnancy and genuinely tried to be nice. She asked me if I was looking forward to the scan and then said they were going to get one done too so I thought that was the ideal opportunity to ask her why she always copies us! I just said a bit tongue in cheek 'You naughty pair, always stealing our ideas!!' and she asked what I meant so I explained (nicely) that I felt that she copied everything we did and it made me feel a bit deflated sometimes. She snapped back 'you're not the first pregnant person, its not like its all YOUR ideas, its just what pregnant people do!' I was furious! I tried staying calm and explaining how hurt I was about her putting the ad in the paper and things like that and she said 'Shut up Zoe, you've always been jealous of me, just get over yourself. You've always wanted everything I have and its about time you learnt that people dont give a shit about you'
I felt like taking her cigarette off her and stubbing it out in her eye!!!!

Needless to say I stormed back inside and calmed myself down before I went a step too far and killed the bitch!!!!!!

Sorry im such an angry cow on mondays - I usually see her on the weekend so when I think about it on a monday I get very worked up!!!
