While you may miss what was there, a good relationship they will end up being a good marriage has to be strong enough to withstand what life throws you. Obviously Adam is not willing to put forth the effort to be supportive to you when you need him the most, so hunny, if you go back with him, you will be in for years of misery.
You have alot to learn in life and I hope you find happiness one day with someone who will treat you right.
