When i moved over a year ago i "misplaced" alot of my correspondance for my bills etc
I have only heard off one of them in over a year and they have contacted me telling me i am going to get a CCJ etc. So set up a payment plan

How can i sort out my debts if i don't know account numbers and telephone numbers etc to contact them with?????

I pay with those giro slips but because i can't find them haven't paid, but to be honest i only owe £1,500 in all.. couple hundered here and there, so maybe it is cheaper for them just to write it off? Its a credit card and a catalogue and a phone bill form years ago!

Any advice? Do i just wait for them to get in touch with me?

loan woudl be cheaper if u can afford it if you know who the cataloge phone and credit card are with u can phone the compant up explain teh situtaion and ask them how much u owe and how do u settle thery will be more willing to give u infor if ur paying debt off it u wipe it of it can serious damage ur credit file any more advise PM i am a banking advisor for a top bank no trick of trade :wink:

you can find out all outstanding credit by contacting Equifax I think its called. Then once u have companies names etc u can get numbers
