You guys are masters in making a person feel better...

I felt like the worst piece of crap yesterday!
Seriously!

I'm never usually depressed,I'm very happy with my life but last night I was at home, completely worn out just thinking all night how I'm terrible and selfish.
I can't give her a proper family,I can't give her grandparents.
What did this poor girl do to deserve a mother like me?

I guess it was hormones and just the side effect of interaction with my parents,I'm feeling much better and back to normal now, specially reading your comments.

Virtual Thanks for all!

No Amy, the question is what did you do to deserve mean parents like that? You will be a fantastic mommy to Lola.

Amy you're going to be fantastic.
I do hope your parents come around eventually - if nothing else then for your baby. But if they don't you are better off without them. More

OMg, that's really mean of them! How the hell can they say such God-awful hurtful things like that to their own daughter?? I'm sorry you had to hear such trash from them. Good for you for trying to take the first step, but you don't need unnecessary stress like that in your's or your daughter' life. I'm sorry that they don't see that they will have a beautiful granddaughter to love. You are very mature for your age and you will do a wonderful job in raising your little girl. And no, Lola -Rose is not a hooker name, it's beautiful. Sounds like they are the ones that need to grow up.

You dont deserve any of that sweetheart. Well done for being the better person.

Lola-Rose will have such a great upbringing because YOU are her mother... she does not need grandparents like that

You are awesome hun, dont forget

Hey hun, sometimes parents are like this unfortunately, it doesnt mean that you syill cant love your baby. I have fallen out with my mum for the last 18 months, and it was really hard for a while, mainly because we work beside one another!! But I really think it has been for the best, she made life extra complicated when I did speak to her and now I have an easier time. I was worried about my younger sisters for a while, but it turns out I have become a kind of mother figure to them and they dont need her either!! She was never fully there for us 100% anyway, but we constantly got the bleeding heart speech after we disowned her- lets face it- parents are sometimes dicks!!! That doesnt mean that you have to turn out like them tho- one thing is for sure, seeing the way that my mum treated us has made me definitely sure not to turn out like her!! Stick in there girl, and if you want a moan, u know where to come!! I hear ya!! Candice xx

Proud of being utter IDIOTS (be nice wobbles be nice HA)

Sweet heart although people say blood (your family) is thicker than water and all that *yawn* sometimes its just the fact you had no choice of your family it doesn't mean you have to like them but no matter what family or a stranger they had NO RIGHT to act like that never mind actually spit the words out along with every other dig, sly & darn right NASTY comments.

What horrid people! Theres members of my family that will never see Caitlin one of them my birth mother and thats the way its staying thats what is best.

ou'll love your bby you'll treasure her on her arrival with relief because of what you went through and I find it a shame that you could not even approach these people your own Mum & Dad last week when you more than likely needed them beside you.

YOur a lovely girl, little woman will be your LIFE believe me x
