Sad for my mum :(

My mum has been a hairdresser for over 20 years and always hated it. Lat year she started going to college to study to be a teaching assistant. She's been working in the local primary school as one for a while now and I've never seen her so happy. She loves the kids there and she loves what she does. I've started going a morning a week to help out and I've sat in with the groups she helps with and I was so proud of how good she was with the kids and how much they seemed to love her. She takes these classes in the mornings and in the afternoons she does a one to one with a boy who needs extra help. But she just told me that they haven't got enough funding to keep her on in the mornings and unless they can get her another one to one with a little girl who also needs a extra help, she'll have to stop mornings all together and just do afternoons. She's very upset and it's upset me because it's sad to see her finding something she loves being taken away from her

That is a shame . Are parents not prepared to help fund? I'm guessing she can't voulenteer as she'll need the money to live?

Yeah she needs the money otherwise I'm sure she would volunteer. It's something to do with the school budget so I dunno if parents are able to help. I hope they can find her something
