I'm Currently Feeling: | F***ING MOBILE PHONE COMPANY!!! Sorry this is a massive rant continued from my one the other day.
As some of you will know, the dumb sh*t at the mobile phone company took 5 payments off my card instead of one. They promised the money would be back in my account in 14 days (eventually had this 'special requested' to 5 days.) ITS STILL NOT IN THERE and its been nearly 2 weeks now. Ive gone overdrawn massively as i get paid weekly and last weeks wages were sucked up into my overdraft and so have had 5 direct debits returned to me, incurring a £35 charge for each one. Just called mobile people and theyve said they cant refund any charges unless they were directly caused by them. (ie the ones they took 4 times too many) so now im lumbered with over £200 bank charges that I am expected to pay. Also, they reckon they have sent a cheque to me for the outstanding amount. Have they hell! They are now saying it could be another 14 days before i get my money back - but they will try and special request it down to 5 days again
Ive had enough of their lies, they still have not returned my money and still wont pay for the bank charges, not even the DIRECT ones. Im going to trading standards. Im fuming.
Sorry no need to reply just needed to get it off my chest! | | | | Status: Offline

| Just some advice. The mobile company did incur those charges due to their negligence. Secondly, have you challenged your bank on the bank charges? There is a site called http://www.moneysavingexpert.com On there is about bank charges. You should be able to get the charges taken off your account. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ive spoken to the manager who is just as useless as the rest of them. Both the bank and the mobile people are refusing to pay the charges. Now the mobile company are saying its going to take another 5 days!!!!!! When will it end. I want to take things further but dont know where to start | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Im going to call ofcom and make a formal complaint, it is an absolute joke! Just been paid again today but still have no money at all as my overdraft and bank charges have swallowed it all up. | | | | Status: Offline
