Have you all had your renewal packs through? I've not heard anything at all and thought I would have by now... (?)

I had mine couple of weeks ago!

You can do it on the phone anyway Helen - don't need the pack! I just rang up confirmed its me, confirmed details were the same & confirmed p60 info. If you press for option tax renewel (or alike) it does have a following option that says "to complete your tax renewel on the phone press*".

There's no point in ringing until you've had your renewal pack. They have approximately 6 million renewals to do, so on th 5th April, they temporarily close all the accounts, then re-open them in blocks as they send the packs out. Not sure if they're doing it in surname order (mine begins with a F), or NI number (mine begins with a N), or just randomly!

I only know because I rang up a couple of weeks ago when we'd both got out P60's. I rang them yesterday after the pack came and sorted it. I'm hoping we'll get some back because we earnt about £2500 less than we estimated!

I've not had mine yet either, My surname begins with E so it can't be alphabetical.
I'm thinking that because I registered in June after Thomas was born then maybe I'll get mine around then.
