That is absolutely awful! The police are usually useless, I have found. I would love to get my hands on such scum and ensure they would never do it again...since they would not have use of their hands ever again. This type of stuff gets me so angry....GRRRRR.....

Thanks everyone. We have CCTV but not around that side of the building and as it was dark the camera's couldn't see anything anyway. There's a light which should come on but it's broken!

OH is going to get them to put up a camera on that side, fix the light, fix the window locks and get some gates put up.

The police said they were going to interview the kid we think did it but we still haven't heard back from them. Their attitude seems to be that this is just what kids do.

Well, some kids have been known to kill...is that normal, kid behaviour?

I hope this was a one-off, unfortunate incident.

Oh my God, i cant believe people could even think about doing something like that. And i cant belive the police did nothing!
