I'm Currently Feeling:

scarey

It seems we have now been formally offered the mortgage on the new place. So between us we will be paying 3 mortgages.
I'm ok, I'm renting mine already. This one is up for sale but no-one has come to see it in a month and I doubt they will with all that is on the tele. The only other thing we can do is rent this one too.....

its terrifying though, cash is going to be rediculously tight, but we just could not let this property go, its our dream place....

I must hurry up and qualify...

its scarey but exciting too, i wonder though how we will are going to kit out Oscars nursery..
