worried and rant

OH an I have applied for a new mortgage for this house we like, we are still waiting to hear but it is ooooooooh so scarey with all thats in the news at the mo.

and his ex (beeatch) is taking him to court for more money for DstepS.

She needs us to fund her lifestyle in London........she doesnt give two hoots that we have a baby now and that changes her position.. £320 a month is MORE than enough for any child and I don't see why Oscar should go without so she can live it up....

it'ds not as if he goes without.....

I hope she realises she might not be doing herself any favours by taking your hubby to court. Now that you have a child the courts will take that into consideration and might actually decrease her money!

I hope it all works out hun, i hate it when all people like her do is take take take. I just hope his child actually sees some of the money

15%? Wow, almost makes it seem like you'd be better off on your own!

does she still get 15% even though we have Oscar? I am sure that 15% of OH salary is less than that.

Hey Newt, have also had similar problems with my OH's Evil Ex Wife.

If you go to the CSA website, there's a calculator on there that you can use to work out roughly how much you should be paying; it takes into consideration any children living with you.

https://secureonline.dwp.gov.uk/csa/...aintenance.asp

The thing that really pissed me off about the whole CSA thing is that the claimant's income isn't taken into consideration at all. My OH was paying out over £500 a month (though the kids are here half the week) when she earns over £90k a year...

Hope it works out xx
