My OH and I have been together for almost 10 years. We've had some rough times but for the most they've been pretty good.

Many on here have some rough patches with their OH and many say to just give up. Yet, at the same time, it does take two to tangle.

Last fall I found a forum based on marriage and relationships that might help some on here. I found it to be fabulous, especially the part about meeting each other's emotional needs. Often times, both people in a relationship experience some needs that aren't met, thus causing them to drift away.

I must say, I found this link a while ago and every now and then I pop on to have a look - it is a great site, especially when you are hitting your head against a brick wall and are only thinking of packing everything in. Mind you trying to explain to DH that he needs to deposit love tokens is still not working! Men heh!

But the whole idea is to give and to each fulfill each other's needs. Men and women's needs are different and it's amazing how different they are.

There is a test on there that both can take and you can see where some needs aren't met from both sides.
