lol i did till about 8mths ago,sods law hey,but then you still have to pay upfront and then claim it all back so stopped it

Thats normal now - you pay the vet then they pay you, alot of people were only paying their excess then when the money came to them they would spend it on other stuff and never pay the vets bill leaving them in debt. and the vets out if pocket so if affected everyone else.

Hope they all recover soon!
