| Viewings on Thursday Hey I have some viewings for houses on Thursday morning and I'm really excited. I'm just wondering what kind of questions I should be asking when I go? I just know that I'll end up coming back afterwards and thinking 'Oh I really should have asked about *that*!' Thanks. x |

| That shouldn't be a problem as all my pets will be staying with my parents but thanks, as we might have considered getting a pet at some point. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Is it renting a house?
Suppose you have to ask the general:
How much on av is council Tax / Water in the area
What kind of boiler Combi/back boiler
When the boiler, gas & electrics were last serviced and how often they will be serviced
How old is the property
What are the nbrs like
Schools
Local town/village
Whats to do/of interest in the area
Where the nearest, Dr's, hosp etc is |

| Thanks everyone for your help. We won't be going for viewings today as I was supposed to be going with my friend, as we're renting together. She started bleeding last night though (she's around 17 weeks pregnant) and had to go into hospital. Luckily they think it was a small clot behind the placenta and nothing serious, but she's been put on bed rest for a few days. I was so scared for her x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh hun, that must have been so scary for your friend. I'm glad everything is ok. Make sure she takes it easy for the time being & when she's feeling better and back to herself im sure there will still be plenty of lettings for you to view.
