I'm Currently Feeling:

Angry

Grrrr My Man!!

He's so annoying.

Most days he'll not do any housework. We can have a pile of washing up by the sink and nothing clean to use and he'll not do it or even say anything about it. I've never seen him use the hoover and I swear the number of times he's used the washing machine is still in single figures.

Then every now and then he'll get in this strange tidying up mood. He goes off on one tidying up but in no half measures!! Cupboards get emptied and everything must be sorted. This takes hours and starts with more mess. To go with this is a nasty mood where all the mess is my fault and I must be the laziest, most untidy person in the world. He makes out as if I somehow make all this mess and poor hard done by him is always left to tidy it. He can make me feel guilty without even saying anything with the way he goes around and the look on his face!

It does my head in. I admit I'm not the tidiest person in the world but I do a bit of housework every day. I don't complain that I do 95% of the washing up & laundry or that I have to clean pee off the toilet seats frequently. I just do it.

Today it happened again as soon as he woke up and I just got fed up and went out. Figured I'm not letting his mood bring me down. I love him to bits but grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

Oh hun men have these funny notions sometimes ... i swear they get PMT!!

You did right by going out, but say to him if he's that hard done by you will draw up a chore rota to ensure it wont get into such an un-ruley mess again (even though i bet it wans't) and maybe if he helped you more in the first place he wouldn't feel the need to "nest"

Take a deep breath and take a bath ..... let him do tea if he hungry!
