I'm Currently Feeling: | Help In August last year i had a miscarriage i thought id got over it by now but obviously not at the minute i feel absolutely lousy. The past 2 wks seem ive gone down hill quick i feel so low and down to the point i cant get up to go to work and no one including me seems to understand.
I think it all started a couple of wks ago when i went to see a physic for the 1st time as i recently lost my nan who apart from my kids was the most important person in my life and was always there for me.The physic was great and told me loadsa things she couldnt possibly have known including my miscarriage but she also told me i was or was soon going to concieve again.(weve tried non stop since the m/c but to no avail). So i convinced myself i was pregnant only to come back to earth with a bump, but as i come on i also had trouble with my 11 yr old and partner(all sorted now) and was trying to give up smoking and sort out a friend wth emotional probs. It came to the point where it was a hard job to get out of bed in the morns and i wasnt sleepin or eattin.I went to the docs who gave me a self cert and said i have to see a councillor nxt wk as he thinks im depressed but wont give me tabs as im actively ttc.My partner doesnt understand at all and just tells me to pull myself together and the bay issue will happen when its ready. At the mo this site is the only thing that seems gets my attention, its an effort just to go to the chemist to get some ovulation kits but i know in order to break this thing i have to do my best to concieve it just seems like its taken over my life and theres nothing i can do to stop it, | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm sorry that you feel this way. It might be best to talk to another health care professional, either another doctor, or a counselor or someone. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | i think i have seen some posts on here about depression that will really help you to read them.. have a look. also some of the girls have said there are anti depressants that u are able to take during pregnancy/ttc so maybe u need a second opinion. sometimes its hard for our oh to accept things like this but if you really have a heart to heart and take him with you to the doctor im sure hell come round. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi hun, so sorry u feel this way and ur going through all this. I wish i could give u some great advice to help, but all i can suggest is maybe talking to ur GP or a counciller? It also sounds like perhaps it might do you some good to slow down with ttc..Maybe do more fun things with your OH and ur kiddies, take a holiday perhaps? And just see how things go, maybe let things happen rather than lettin it take over ur life. Hope u feel better soon hun, hugs xx |
