Hey!

im 19 years old, and have recently found out im 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby!

Me and my other half are excited, but scared too obviously!

But i worrying, my fiancee keeps going on about not having sex for like a year or whatever, and im worried hes going to cheat because he wants sex!

Is it ok to still have sex when your pregnant????

Im completely new at this, so i have no idea!

I just dont want to loose him!.

Im probably just being paranoid, but any help would be great!!

Honey its completey fine to have sex unless you have a high risk pregnancy. Im 6wks and my oh and do it and it doesnt bother me. Other women have some cramping and all I havent had anything after it. If your really worried just with your doc she will reassure you. Good Luck and if he loves you dont worry I dont think he will cheat.

sex is fine when pregnant, make the most of it because as you get bigger you mitent feel like it lol, ur probably just paranoid about your other half cheating thats one of the joys i found with being pregnant too. x

The others are right, unless your doctor tells you not to have sex for some medical reason, sex during pregnancy is perfectly safe!

yep what all other girls said, as long as the doc didnt tell u otherwise then its fine, dont feel pressured into having sex if ure not feeling well tho, if he loves you he will not stray! thats my motto!
there are times when u just dont feel like it and thats normal. usually picks up a bit in the second trimester and close to giving birth it just might not be strategically possible but other than that ..

I agree. My problem I've gone completely off. Well, I had, sex drive is coming back now, just as OH goes all crappy on me

Its completely safe to have sex during pregnancy-all through it! The only reason u shouldnt have sex is if u have a high risk pregnancy. You may find you bleed a little sometimes after sex- this is normal providing its only light and stops fairly soon. Towards the end of your pregnancy it will be a pain in the butt cus the bump gets in the way alot lol. May start to become uncomfortable for you as you near the end too but again, it wont cause any harm to you or baby. You may also find that there'll be times when you really just dont want sex!

If you partner loves you he should be understanding of the fact that your body is going through a huuuge change and he needs to respect that. He may not be able to have sex when ever he wants but he needs to remember what you're having to go through and having you worry about him findin sex from someone else is not good for your mental well-being at the moment. I am sure he DOES realise this. If your concerned he doesnt then i would have a good chat with him and let him know your concerns. But i'm sure youre worrying for nothin. I know when i was pregs the same thoughts went through my mind! But everything was fine. If im honest my OH and i havnt had sex since i was 32 weeks pregs..our little boy is now nealry 8weeks old!! LOL. But hey he'll survive- if we can go through 9 months of pregnancy they can survive a few weeks without sex The last thing u need right now is to be feelin insecure. It is perfectly safe, but then again you may not wanna have it at all later when you get bigger.
