Unhappy

Work............

Recently my job has turned out to be relatively stressful, my engineers are causing me more hassel than I can be assed with!

But being just over 12 wks I don't think I could get another job as by the time I gave my months notice I'd be.........18wks.

I don't know what to do because obviously if I was to leave now I wouldn't get my SMP but I really don't know how much more hassel I can put up with!! Has anyone got any suggestions? Or any advice I could really do with some sort of solution.

I know how your feeling, my work have really been peeing me off this last couple of days, seem to be making it a little hard for me, i wish i could leave but we couldn't cope financial without my wage. So i figure the best thing to do is stick it out for the next 5 months until i go on maternity. Not sure if after maternity i will come back here i might get something i enjoy more, but not going to tell them that!

You could go off on maternity leave a bit earlier, i think you can leave 11 weeks before due date with SMP. then you would only have 3/4 months left, they will fly by!

I won't be coming back after maternity, I can't afford to come bac as there's only me and no partner.

Still seems like forever, been contemplating seeing if theres anyway I can cut down to a few days a week or something but I really wish I didn't have to be here at all.

My tenancy at my flat runs out 31st March so my last payment there would be covered as would that months payments if I handed in my notice now. The only things I would have to worry about afterwards are finding somewhere to live for one (probably go back to rents) and my bills (non flat related) for two.........

God I hate working here now. It's just got too stressfull, expecially with what I'm having to deal with outside of work too.
