got a letter through today saying i had to go 2 court as rent is 4 weeks behind(due 2 no payments 4m tax credits i have no money to pay it!!!) i phoned my housing officer who has said that i will need to prove his in court if payment is not made within 14 days

What today means is you ring the tax nobbers And tell them to sort it or you will ring ring ring all day! The fact your being taken to court is serious & they need to be fully aware of the position they have put you in!

Ya know I'd be cocky get a woman & start with "do you have kids" if she says yes say "good you should be able to help me then"

Problem is Yvanne you can prove you haven't been paid by them so don't worry to much but they should be able to stop the court case whist it's sorted! Its outragous none of them ever give you any space

lol the woman yest was really helpfull, so shudb sorted within week i hope, just the fact tht its come 2 this is shit, i mean darren is giving me ££ 4 kids(obv) which they dont know bout(obv!!) but if he wasnt id literally b starving and in debt, as u no wobbs my wages r a joke!!!

I personally think you would benifit pulling away from the sitution your in now - It may look bleek but you will be financially more stable THEN look into what comes next!

You'd be intitled to your money to live - child credits - housing - tax

dont know if this applies to your area, but my landlord tried to do the same to me. and it didnt even go to court because i was in less than 8 weeks of arrears and apparently u canr get taken to court if u owe less than 8 weeks.
