Me and my OH have been looking for our own home (we're renting at the mo). We've been wanting a house with....
- 3 Bed rooms
- Seperate Living room & dining room
- New fitted Kitchen
- New bathroom
- Bigish Garden (with lawned area)
- A Drive way or garage
Basically something we could just move straight in to!
We're having to move out of chester as the prices are just silly! We viewed a couple just outside chester and they we're like 60's throwbacks! Another we viewed was perfect but a little too far away!
We've now found one we like, at first I didn't like it but after the second viewing my feelings have changed, it really feels like a home, its lovely, big rooms and the most amazing views from the garden and from the back bedroom, of welsh hills, countryside & sheep! The backgarden is some decking, seating area and patio with another level of a small amount of grass! A low maintenece garden! Enough room for a BBQ etc in the summer too!
Its not got the garage or drive, it does have an enclosed front garden and it also has a living room/diner but also room in the kitchen to have a small table & it has a breakfast bar!
Its not got everything we wanted but it has this "feeling"
Just wondering if you liked your house the first time you viewed and how you knew it was the house for you?
I'm also a bit confused as on houseprices.com the asking price is only 20k more than they bought it for 2 years ago?
