At work they have cut my hours down to nothing since I became pregnant. My fiance quit his job at the start of the month and we are living on his savings. We had enough to ast till Jan and planned to move and for him to get a job in jan when the lease is up on our flat. Only he went & gambled about £900 away... thats what I know about anyway. Then he won £4000.
Thing is he also wants me to take out a loan for the same amount but I don't want to because I'd have to lie as I have a terrible credit rating and aren't working many hours - which is illegal. He's really angry with me and I don't know what to do.
Your working? Regardless of hours its obviously whats right for you! ....and hes not? And he wants you to take out a loan?
Well to be blunt if I have that right I'd tell him to get fucked & get off his fat backside & get a job!! Sorry if thats over stepping the line but from your post thats what sprang to mind.
You don't want to lie either - crediting scoring will be crippled if you keep getting refused and are refused on false information etc etc although every time you go for credit it goes on your record!
Tell him to get off his fat arse and get a job! even if its crap at least you'll be getting money in.
if he wants a loan tell him to sort it not you.
Please dont go down the road of borrowing money when he wants you to, my friend had a boyfriend who did this, and kept getting more and more loans in her name, she declared her self bankrupt about 2 yrs ago now.
