Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
Since going off work sick its messed everything up.
Finances are all over the place. And even though i'd paid off all the credit cards etc.... I've had to borrow back off them just to pay the mortgage and stuff.
I've fucked everything up.

So i've looked into doing an IVA.... a company rang me this morning after i'd completed an enquiry form on a site last night and the guy was really helpful.
Apparantly we don't owe enough to do an IVA... so we're doing something else. Like a payment agreement. He said to stop paying them all from now. And that the payment agreement will start in November, giving us some time to get us sorted.

Really hope that it helps us out!!

we did that, wish we hadnt tho

we stopped paying all our crediters like they said, but it took them months to sort it out, and still havent fully yet.... 6 months later!!

we owe more now then we did when we first went with htem, coz of all teh charges they have whacked on fo rnone payments.

the companys tend to wait untill the debts are passed to a credit agetntcy before offering a deal, by then your debt is higher and your credit rating is fucked.

yeah you pay right away, and they offer a payment to your crediters, but if they dont accept it then the debt goes up and up untill it gets passed to a credit agency.

our debt is with HSBC and they wont accept anything from the company dealing with out debts, so each month they whack on a non payment charge and its got us in more debt

hopfuly tho your crediters will accept payments and it will be ok. just giveing you the heads up in case.

whats the name of the comapny you are useing?

They're called "all clear finance"
Although the accountants seem to be called harrington brooks
(just read the email he's sent confirming everything)

None of the debts are with HSBC, so hopefully it won't get like that
*prays a bit more* lol!

I hope so! lol!
I told him about being off work and stuff and he said from the sounds of it the last thing i need is stress about money lol.... so really hoping its gonna get sorted!
