| Mum (Mom) BnB Addict  Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Montreal Posts: 4,794 | HP customer service AMAZING!!!! I posted a problem on my husband's laptop a few weeks ago, the motherboard is fucked. Called HP and spoke to some people that didn't do much and I was mad with them, and spoke with the senior complaints department and they will repair it for free!!!  |

To often do people just say "oh okay" and pay out the money to get it fixed somewhere else because they are to afraid to ask to speak to someone higher up! Glad they are going to repair it for free  |
