and believe it or not byker grove wasnt actually filmed in byker lol

The Grove was.......My Nan (and also my dad) was born & lived in Byker. She lived around the corner from the Grove and went there in her younger days to watch slide shows!

The building they used as the youth club wasnt filmed in byker it was filmed elsewhere in the city, I stayed in Newcastle a few years back and pased it on a regualr basis.
