I'm Currently Feeling:  |  Emma Bunton welcomes baby boy Beau
Spice Girl Emma Bunton, 31, and singer Jade Jones, 27, welcomed their first child on Friday morning. Son Beau was born at 11:12 am, weighing in at 7 lbs, 15 oz -- the same weight Jade was at birth. Outside the hospital, Jade said, He is a very lovely boy. I'm over the moon. He is absolutely brilliant, and both baby and Emma are doing fine. In fact Emma is tucking into some flapjacks and Coca-Cola as we speak. We are both absolutely delighted and can't wait to take Beau home.
Emma and Jade had not found out the sex before the delivery, but thought they were having a girl. They have been together for 8 years.
