Hi ladies,

I need a little bit of help, in brief my oh has started to do his photography and has been doing studio sessions for people for a few weeks now with great success...he did a ladies two children, a 4 year old and a 4 month old: we met her at the studio at 10am sunday morning and spent about 1.5/2 hours with her and the family, we asked what kind of shots she was after and all she said was ideally one of the two of them that could be put on canvass in black and white aswell as photos of the boys seperately...anyway off we toddled, got some gorgeous photos and the shoot was finished, my oh proofed her photos and sent them to her to have a look through...she emailed back thanking him and asked for prices aswell as some of them changing to balck and white some air brushing done and the little boys eyes made bluer...oh did this no problem took a couple of hours but he did it and sent them to her...we still havent heard from her and its been a week or so now, today i spoke to her friend who recommended us to her and she has said..the lady told her that the photos we have sent there werent really any images she was after, there was also a £45 studio fee on the list and she didnt realise she had to pay so she didnt know what to do, she mentioned to her that she may ask to come back and get some more done....at first i was like, ok no probs she doesnt like them so no problem, however thinking about it im really annoyed, the photos are beautiful, no question, she Never told us any certain image she was after and we arent charging her a studio fee for the first lot of photos, also why did she email back asking ofr the photo proces when she already knew them, why get mark to airbrush and change photos etc now im not sure what to do, my oh has said to email her asking her if she has made a decision but if she wants more photos done he will charge her the studio fee..

I dont know what to do and what to put in an email to her...

I wish I had an answer for you.. But I don't..
Although, she should be paying for the studio fee if you ask me...

if she hasnt payed anything i reckon shes saying she doesnt like them as she hass a copy of the pics and will just use them maybe??
