I'm Currently Feeling: | War on Terror? Okay, whose tired of this war? Don't get me wrong, I was all for going over there and getting the job done. I knew it would take a while and I knew it would be difficult. I did NOT know that the direction would shift to fighting Iraq's civil war and that is exactly what we're doing. I listened to a retired Army specialist the other day and this is what he had to say. 911 was a diversion, meant to draw our troops out in mass. Once there, our enemies would start to cross our OPEN borders. It's not the illegal Mexicans we're worried about. It's the people who want to kill us. We don't have enough money or man power to protect our borders. We civilians aren't allowed to take control of them, even if they're crossing on our private property. Politics aside, I have a very bad feeling that something catastrophic is brewing among us. I'd like to hear some thoughts from across the pond. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I was against the war but I now believe that we have a duty to stay there and sort out what we started. I also think that the history behind it all is too complicated. |

| I was against the war in Iraq and with every soldier that gets killed fighting someone elses war I get more angry and despondant,
They didnt go into this for the good of the Iraqi people, if they were worried about humanitriam issues then they would be in Zimbabwae wouldnt they.
But they arent. | | | | Status: Offline

| It needed to be done , but they should have come out alot sooner. now they need to stay to TRY and sort things out.
i was thinking of joining the marines at one point but theres no way i would want to now as i dont see dying in the deserts of iraq or afghan worth while. soldiers are dying out there practically on a daily basis now and its all for nothing. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Within hours of the massive psunami, our leaders and even ex-leaders began creating a relief package worth millions, but when our own citizens were dying in the streets of New Orleans, it took days just to get water! It's shite like this that ticks me off. We can pay war reperations to other countries who refuse to respect U.N. guidelines and almost never face the "sanctions", but our own soldiers aren't getting much needed supplies/equipment and less than impressive health care after being wounded. I could go on for days, but I better stop here before I explode. LOL | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm sorry if i offend anyone as my mother hates my view, but i think the whole bit of land should be obliterated. Napalm....kaboom. Any innocent civilians wishing to follow our way of life can be removed from the country, then just blow the arse out the place. Problem solved.
Sincerely
Hitler.
I get that for saying that but i don't think its as bad as hitelr, there's no other way to end this without doing away with these people. |
