Around the 20 week mark (ish), I think. I just got uncomfortable to wear it when my belly button disappeared!
I probably wouldn't have bothered putting mine back in except that my belly button itself is bruised (?) and looks a bit grim as does the peircing itself (got so horribly stretched).
its like a pound -or 10lb of tripe!
