How rude!!!!

Went into woolworths yesterday for one last look, didnt get anything tho. Anyhoo, went to walk up an aisle, two women standing chatting, in me way. so i politely asked them if i could get past. Ignored me, so i pushed me buggy forwards and said excuse me, still wouldnt move although i managed to get past them. Then i heard one of the say, really snotty, " did she say excuse me or did she just push!"

well normally i wouldnt say boo to a bloody goose, but for once i actually stuck up for myself and told then that yes i did say excuse me and i said it twice actually!! was so proud of myself despite the fact that i was extremely pissed off with them.

Why is it that some people think they are above eveyone else and should just ignore people?!!!

rant over!!

Grrrrrr . . . some people can be so bloody ignorant, really gets my heckles up! I had to say "excuse me" about ten times to a woman once and finally shouted it at her. lol. And I have nothing against old people but why do they think you should apologize profusely to them if you bump into them yet they can bump into you with a pram and just be damn ignorant. One sent my nephew flying once and just ignored him.

Sorry turned into a bit of a rant . . .

But good for you for saying something! x

I hate the general public People just are so oblivious to the world around them and don't pay attention to anything it seems.. I know of ONE time where I did that, and a guy completely flipped out on me.

I was 18 and had found out I was pregnant the night before and he was behind me in the store and parked in a disabled spot with no permit.. yelled at me in the parking lot too, called me a fucking dumb broad.. he was a grown man yelling at me, he was probably at least twice my age just acting soo unreasonably!!

SO when I need to I try to be civil about it unlike the douche bag that yelled at me the one day, but people make it so hard sometimes!

People just standing in the middle of the aisle/sidewalk are one of my biggest pet peeves. How hard is it to move a bit closer so other people can get by? My other big pet peeve is people stopping right in front of you for no reason. UGH!!! That drives me crazy.

Good on you for standing up for yourself. They were being rude.
