Chemical castration doesn't work. It's not their sex drive that makes them act out. Their just sick and twisted..evil There's been many cases where the offender has had this procedure and still abused women and children....because their equipment no longer works, they use foreign objects. I apologize if this is too graphic. I just wanted to explain that nothing stops them. They are damaged souls.

In regards to the chemical castration there are mixed research findings. If you look at Sweden the use of chemical castration has reduced the re-offending but then other research suggests it doesn't work.

I do think the answer would be more funding for the Police and Probation and more realistic sentences. Sometimes the sentences they give them are just not long enough for any work to be carried out.
