ticker help please

I am trying to put on a new ticker and I cant remember how todo it, I pasted the URL in the box where its says upload from URL and it is saying that it is invalid ?

Paste into first box ... not the second option ofr URL etc

iv just tried all three codes and none of them work! puzzled now

Does work its just like normal really unless its wrong code but if you are entering into where it says 'URL' that is wrong hun x
