| Mum (Mom) Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: London Posts: 9,888 | Department of Work and Pensions..... As a whole I dont think that there is an organisation as useless as these lot. Truly truly useless. I made a complaint about the jobcentre 7 months ago... 3 letters 2 emails and 2 phonecalls letter it is only just being looked into thats only because I went to the Independent Case examiner. I dont understand how they can be so bloody incompetant! Im not looking forward to having to claim tax credits.... more stress and frustration I should imagine. WHY CANT THEY JUST GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME?!!!!!!!!!!!!   |
