hecked the bank thismorning hand had just under 2 grand payed in by tax credits
they sent me a letter out yesterday saying that ive been underpaid this amount because they had me down as earning 3 grand a year for the past year wich i havent been working and they have paid it in today
im sooooooooooooooooooooo happy as you can tell and have just phoned and paid for all my carpets at long last

Looks like our weekend away is going to be excellent not needing to worry if £200 would have been enough

well theyd one that with us only we were getting £27 a week for both working and childrens because they had me as working part time and that is them finally sorted it all out

stopped ours too as overpaid us i have complained/disputed 'cos it was there fault, they put my income in wrong and sent paperwork to wrong address, so didn't realise initially. I'm certain they won't do anything, but thought i'd let them know they're incompetent.

carpet man is comming next friday, they did say monday but i wanted Locky to be here to help move furniture and stuff so next friday and its all paid for with my little friend me bank card so i dont spend and dont have enough 8 months on and were finally getting our carpets soooooooooo happy and can finally let the kids play on the floor at last

Wish I could say the same, I got a letter from them today saying they have finally ralised they over paid us by £1300 last year and are reducing our payments as a result. I was expecting it though, so not to bad.

Caroline let me know if you have a result, how long ago did you enter the dispute? Cause I think its their error too as I told them exactly what our income was and they just entered it wrong for some stupid reason.
