Ebay advice please
hi all,
i recently won something on ebay and i tried to pay for it via paypal. today when i looked it said payment pending. so i checked my paypal account and its still pending due to the fact the seller cannot accept my payment as they do not have a paypal account
The item is collection only and i emailed the seller asking if they would prefer cash on collection, even tho the item listing states they would prefer paypal. well, they havnt replied to my email.
They only have a feedback score of 2 so maybe they arent sure what they are meant to be doing? what would you suggest i do??
