Aww no this was real. Some times it does occur that animals (and people, too!) are born with the deformity of having two faces. There was a baby girl recently who was born with two faces, too. (http://www.channel4.com/science/micr...ces/index.html)

Unfortunately it is a very complicated and life-threatening deformity. Most born to this will not survive. About 1 in 1 million kittens is born with this two-facedness. It is rare that they survive. Sadly, this kitty passed away not long after he was born http://www.inmycommunity.com.au/news...-dies/7513262/

I saw this on aol too. Its so cute. definately not a hoax. It happens to humans so what makes those sceptics think it couldnt happen to animals?!
