I placed an order with thme online on the first of june for ALL of madeleines 1st birthday presents .... they said delivery n 4 working days so that made it wednesday...

Had an E-mail saying yesterday .... NOTHING arrived

Just rung and asked WTF was going on and she says "oh they not left the depo, ill re-order and they will be with you next thursday"

NEXT THURSDAY?? not on your fooking life love ... DEMANDED my moneyback and told em where to shove it, she said ... "according to our records its not your daughters birthday till next month" LIKE THATS THE BLOODY POINT??!!!!

Im sooooooooo pissed off, NEVER ordering online with them again thats twice they done this.

Looks like i gonna have to find her different presents now GRRRRRRRRRRR

You dont want to get stuff from their anyway hun, Im really disappointed with ELC, all the toys that Noah has had for there (in particular anything battery operated) had broken within a year they seem to be very poorly made toys and I will not shop there anymore.
