I have to fill out a missing parcle form before i have my money back ....

In the end Gav picking them up tomorrow from warrington .. STILL NO APOLOGY

One of the toys NOT in stock ... i have to fill out this form to get my money refunded for the out of stock toy .....

Are they takin the pee.

I'd put a very strong letter in to thre MD making sure they know you're pg with serious complications and that you do not need this stress.
