i agree, i hate liars, i eneded a 9 year friendship with my best mate coz she constantly lied to me, i let it all go, then in the end we fell out over a bloke of all things, i gave her loads of money over teh years, paid her bills coz she said she was skint (then later went out on the piss, silly cow) i used to buy shoes for her kids etc, if i was to add up all the money i gave her it would be thousands but i dont excpect a penny back coz i was her mate

If you "lend" something to someone then it is on the understanding that you would get it back.

If it was £20 or something then i would let it go but not £4500 .. no way! If i had that sort of money to lend and a friend really needed it then i would go out of my way to help if it was desperate BUT i would want it back .. even if it was paid over a period of time. That is way too much money to lose.

Also my aunt and uncle did the same thing to my nan and grandad and i will never EVER forgive them for it .. they cleared them out of their savings with no intention of ever paying it back. Nan doesnt need it now and grandad is dead so he doesnt need it but i still hate them for it.

But i know everyone is different and everyone has opinions but personally i agree with first time daddy on this.
