| i bought at 18 on my own for £38k just a 2 bedder then bought this one for £73k 7 years ago with Dave and it is now worth £192k so not too bad I guess.
I am trying to get rid of my mortgage then be mortgage free and stay here instead of accumalating more debt by buying another house,I love it here though so wont be hard.

I'm Currently Feeling:  | own-however my mum put 80k down on it! got a 65k mortgage.
House is worth quite a bit now, amazing how things go up in such a short space of time! |
