i would presume before, as she said the house will be gone in 3 weeks

yeah but it may be a bit of rush and stressful they may get a bt of leyway be pending on where there purschase r in the chain

guy aware of our situation and said we can go at our own pace with exchaging and completion which is so nice of him ...

we might be m oving in to gavs dads for a while anyway as im needing more help as the days pass so it working out ok so far ....
