'3' sent me a letter today saying they would take me to court if i did not pay my outstanding balance of £112.

they cut off the phone then continued to charge me for using it... surely i dont have to pay??

Well did you pay you last itemised bill?

And was your contract up? If it was did you 'cancel' it. If you didn't pay a bill they have the right to restrict your mobile but your still liable for the rental.

i dont remember cancelling it to be honest this was november time and i honestly dont remember if i paid my last bill

Dont pay it , they done the same to me

i never payed them a penny and they passed it on to 4 debt collection compaines who all passed it back to 3 saying i didnt have to pay as i had valid reasons as they had contiued to charge me even though my 12 months contract was up and the phone had been cut off.

if you think you owe the last months bill , then just pay that. They wont take you to court , just a threat.

im pretty sure i dont owe them anything...

ill have to check... theyre on about charging me £80 legal costs too !!
