I keep having this discussion with my brother

Do you know if mobile phones automatically change themselves?

my brothers having a stress attack because hes got work tomorrow morning, and don't know whether to set his clock back himself before he goes to bed or whether it will do itself !!

anyone know?

it depends, did he set the time on his fone when he first got it? If he did, then he should change the time himself before he goes to bed.
If he didnt, then its prob a satellite one that updates itself
